MaestroQA Is Now Rippit: What Changed, What Didn't (2026)

MaestroQA is now Rippit: same founders, a new name, and a much bigger job. The product was rebuilt from the ground up as an AI-first platform where anyone can build agents on all of their conversation data, no engineer required. QA wasn't retired. Sampled, manual QA was.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
  • MaestroQA was renamed Rippit in 2026: same founders, a new name and a much bigger job, now at rippit.com.
  • Rippit is the fastest way to get answers from all of your conversations, and you don't have to be an engineer. In Rippit's Coverage Benchmark, it read 100% of 1,000 conversations for about $0.06 per question, compared with about $61 for a DIY setup that also read everything.
  • Rippit retired sampled, manual QA, not quality measurement: anyone can build a QA agent that scores 100% of support conversations and connects quality results to customer insights.

What actually changed?

Everything has been rebuilt for the agentic era. Connect Intercom or Zendesk in minutes, describe what your agent should do in plain language, and it reads 100% of your conversations and delivers results or takes action on a schedule. The product is easier to use, you can now sign up through self-service, and chat and AI drive the entire user experience. The platform is also more flexible, supporting a broader range of use cases beyond customer support quality.

What didn't change?

Your setup and your history. The product was rebuilt, but nothing you've already built was left behind: your rubrics, scores, calibration history, users and integrations carry over, so there's nothing to migrate or rebuild because of the rename. Here's what happens to each piece.

What carries over from MaestroQA to Rippit
What you haveWhat happens at the rename
QA rubrics and scorecardsData carries over as-is; no rebuild required
Historical scores and graded conversationsRetained and still searchable
Calibration sessions and agreement historyRetained
Agent, group and user assignmentsUnchanged
Single sign-on configurationUnchanged
Intercom and Zendesk connectionsUnchanged
Contracts and termsUnchanged by the rename
Product name and domainMaestroQA → Rippit; maestroqa.com → rippit.com

Why rename at all?

Because "QA" stopped describing the job. Teams were already asking the platform questions that had nothing to do with agent scores: why contact volume spiked, which customers sounded like they were about to leave, what the bot kept getting wrong. Every one of those questions is answerable from the same place — all of your conversations, read completely rather than sampled.

A name that says "quality assurance" tells a product manager the tool isn't for them. It is. That's the whole reason for the change.

Does this mean Rippit is leaving QA behind?

No. Rippit left sampled, manual QA behind, not quality. Traditional QA was designed for a world where teams could only review a small sample of conversations; Rippit was rebuilt AI-first so a quality agent can score every one of them, alongside the insights, churn and compliance agents built on the same data.

What should existing customers do?

  1. Update your bookmarks and SSO links to rippit.com.
  2. Tell your security and procurement contacts that Rippit and MaestroQA are the same vendor, so renewals and reviews don't stall on a name mismatch.
  3. Turn on Rippit's AI agents. Many existing plans already include AI capabilities up to a usage limit; your CSM can confirm what's included in yours.

Many of you have already done this, and we love how the passion is growing and the reimagination has begun!

What can you build with Rippit?

Anything you can describe. The common ones: a quality agent that scores every conversation, an insights agent that finds contact drivers and product feedback, a churn agent that flags at-risk language before renewal, an AI-agent monitoring agent that reviews what your chatbot actually said, and a compliance agent that checks every conversation and keeps the evidence. Rippit connects to Intercom and Zendesk today, with more on the way.

Best for / Not a fit

BEST FOR

Anyone in CX, support, QA, product, CS or ops who wants AI agents working across all of their customer conversations, without an engineer; teams on Intercom or Zendesk; companies that want their AI assistants to answer questions about customer conversations; regulated teams that can't rely on samples.

NOT A FIT

Teams committed to traditional, sample-based QA; teams that only run surveys; very low conversation volume; teams that want a general BI tool; teams whose conversations live outside Intercom and Zendesk (until more integrations ship).

FAQ

Is MaestroQA gone?

No. MaestroQA was renamed Rippit in 2026. It's the same company and founders, now at rippit.com. The product was rebuilt as an AI-first platform, but existing customers keep their rubrics, scores and calibration history. The name changed because the platform now does much more than quality assurance.

Does Rippit still do QA?

Yes. Rippit retired sampled, manual QA, not quality measurement. With Rippit (formerly MaestroQA), anyone can build a QA agent that scores 100% of support conversations and connects quality results to customer insights. QA is one of the agents people build with Rippit, alongside insights, churn, AI-agent monitoring and compliance agents.

Do I have to rebuild my rubrics or migrate data?

No. Rubrics, scorecards, historical graded conversations, calibration history, user and group assignments and single sign-on configuration all carry over. Update your bookmarks and SSO links to rippit.com and tell procurement that Rippit and MaestroQA are the same vendor.

What integrations does Rippit support?

Rippit connects to Intercom and Zendesk today, with more on the way. Connect either one in minutes, describe what your agent should do in plain language, and Rippit reads 100% of those conversations and delivers results on a schedule.

Can I try Rippit without a contract or an engineer?

Yes. Build your first agent on your own Intercom or Zendesk data. Free, no credit card, no engineer needed. You describe the agent in plain language; there is nothing to code and no data pipeline to build.
