  • Shipping & Delivery

    This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases from Rippit. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact us on 07 5665 6700.

    We will deliver to most addresses within Australia and internationally. We do require a street address for delivery - we cannot deliver to a post office box. Please note: Some remote Australian locations and some international locations we simply can not arrange delivery too. As an alternative our elected carrier often provides a holding service for your goods in the nearest depot they have to your location. It is your responsibility and cost to collect your items from the depot. To confirm if we can deliver to your location, please contact our sales team on 07 5665 6700.

    Cost of Delivery

    Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. As an indication of delivery costs, we provide some examples below: Our delivery charges are shown in your shopping cart order

    Acceptance of Delivery

    Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by our delivery agent to be authorised to receive the products. Unfortunately Rippit and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery; our carrier will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by Rippit if re-delivery is required. Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Delivery Problems

    If your delivery has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please contact our Sales Staff. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to Rippit Online Returns Policy. If you require dangerous or flammable goods such as RC Car Fuel, paint thinners etc, these can be purchased and delivery arranged by contacting our sales staff directly on 07 5665 6700

    Damaged Package Claims

    If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package).

    Lost Package Claims

    If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us.

    Defective Merchandise

    Rippit strives to provide great customer service. We therefore manage Defective Merchandise issues on your behalf. Simply notify Rippit that you have received defective merchandise and our staff will organise the best way to resolve the issue. Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We only accept Australian Dollars – therefore all our prices are listed in Australian Dollars and payment can only be accepted in Australian Dollars.

    Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include delivery or transit insurance. The cost of delivery will be shown seperately at the checkout before an order is completed. In some cases where your delivery area is outside of standard Rippit delivery zones, the freight price will be displayed as “Error – Unable to get shipping rates”. In these cases you will be contacted by a Rippit representative within (2) workings days; providing you with the appropriate freight quotation.
